a multi-disciplinary artist hailing from the breezy coast of Long Beach, CA. I settled in Grand Rapids after a fun stint in KCAD while I got my B.F.A. in Metals and Jewelry with a minor in Sculpture and Functional Art.

I am an artist and creator born and raised in West Michigan. Studying illustration at GVSU inspired me to test out many mediums. After graduation I searched for ways to create involving others. This helped me recently discover a love for curating.

I'm an illustrator, visual storyteller, and designer passionate about amplifying voices, nerding-out on research-based illustration and design, and creating works that tell a story.

Hello, my name is Leandra I also go by Lace for when I make art. Others know me for being a painter and some will know me for my digitals. In what I do will always be purposeful. A lot of who I am is based off of tackling pieces I’ve never done, but will make it work no matter what. Till this day I stand as a mindful artist and will fulfill every moment of it.
